Debt Education and Certification Foundation (DECAF) provides pre-bankruptcy and post-bankruptcy counseling with several benefits for convenience. Their system is designed to aid you in meeting these requirements in a timely, user-friendly environment with exceptional customer service. 

Before you can file a bankruptcy case, you must receive a credit counseling session. Please click the FIRST link below to complete your credit counseling session.

After you file a bankruptcy case, and before your debts can be discharged, you must receive financial education. Please click the SECOND link below to complete your financial education course. 

Please register with us first to receive a special discount for these courses. If you register directly through the DECAF website instead of obtaining a username and password from us, you will be paying $15 per person rather than $50 per per person, or $30 per couple.
