We are a non-attorney preparation service assisting clients in filing their bankruptcy.
BK-7 Plus, LLP operates under 11 U.S.C. § 110. We prepare bankruptcy documents for compensation and will provide debtors with copies of each document and the notices and information required under 11 U.S.C. §§ 110(b), 110(h), and 34(b). If rules or guidelines have been promulgated pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 110(h) setting a maximum fee for services chargeable by bankruptcy petition preparers. We give the debtor notice of the maximum amount before preparing any document for filing a debtor or accepting any fee from the debtor, as required by that section.
Our fee is $150 plus these additional costs:
- Comprehensive Credit Profile and Report for CIN Legal
- Credit Counseling Classes (Pre-filing: Credit Counseling and Post-filing: Debt Education from DECAF)
- Document Preparation (MyCase Info questionnaire and online documentation)
- Administrative fees (Courier service, mailing service, etc)
The average total cost is $450.
We are not attorneys and cannot give you legal advice. However we have been very successful throughout the United States since 2000 helping people get through this process successfully. Not only receiving discharge of debt, but creating a pathway to new credit within 18-24 months.

Please note that we do not typically get involved with Chapter 13 Bankruptcies.
